Replacement Policy
VHEPL offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a
return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also
accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all
products in you order.
Please call our customer care no +91-89206-00883 (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Mon –
Sat, excluding national/ public holidays) or email us at
support@kooji.inmentioning your Order ID. Please also take a photograph of the
product and email us for reference. We will pick up the products within 2-4
business days. We
will initiate the refund or replacement process if the products is received by us is

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In
case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full
amount.
Replacement Refund Policy
In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason
whatsoever, a refund will be given. In case of a return/replacement/refund, we
process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our
warehouse.

Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation
email/SMS, report the issue within seven (7) days from the date of delivery
confirmation from us to investigate.
