Return Policy
VHEPL offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a
return/exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also
accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all
products in your order. This return policy is only applicable for manufacturing defects.
Please call our customer care no +91-89206-00883 (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Mon –Sat, excluding national/ public holidays) or email us at support@kooji.in, mentioning your Order ID. Please include a photograph of the product in the email. Our support team will review the request and confirm whether the order is eligible for return on not. If eligible for return, we will bear the cost of return and schedule a pickup. In some cases, we may not pickup the product, and decide to refund your amount.
We endeavour to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, however due to abuse of unrestricted return policy, we have decided to switch to the restrictions outlined below. Our decision on all returns and refund matters will be final.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Return due to change of mind
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original
packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is
damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Free product provided by brand
Categories not eligible for returns:
All personal care products (for example, perfumes, body mists, body lotion, body
wash, body oils, massage oils, soaps, etc.,) are not eligible for returns
